Add the ability to add extra columns to the Scope record list

It would be great if we could display additional columns from Tempo Timesheets, Tempo Planner and Jira in the Scope record list.   Things like Account key (some of our JIra projects have multiple keys), planned time, etc...

Yes we could just create jira filters for every account, etc but this would help reduce the number of filters that need to be created.
