As an administrator, I want to set permissions for who can update global cost rates, so that they can only be changed by the finance team

This is a crucial blocker for adoption for us and a feature that competing programs already have

Cost tracker Scope View

Hi, Is there a way to see more tasks instead of a chart? Chart is also visible in overview, so in my opinion more tasks in Scope View would be nice to see.

Export to XLSX files and not just CSV

It would be a good option to also be able to export to xlsx files and not just CSV, just like in Tempo Report.

It would be nice to have resource fees also in a central repository in addition to the project option.

Just as it is possible to include the fee for each resource per project, it would also be good if there was a single repository for fees, such as Tempo Team for example.

Group by time period, not just by selected tasks

It would be useful for us to group not just tasks, but tasks within a given time period. For instance we have several phases of development that we would like to track the cost of each phase (has a specific time period). Tasks/ Issues bridge these...
